Hello! I am Chad Roland, owner and founder of Equus Land and Home. I have been an active Real Estate Agent for the past 14 years. Born and raised in a small town in South Georgia, I spent most of my younger years farming and ranching, where I developed a love for horses and land. After college, I went to work for, and later, purchased my parents real estate business. My parents as well as my community instilled in me to always treat people with respect and loyalty. In 2004, my wife, Jennifer, and I, decided to sell the business and move to middle Tennessee with our two children, Lane and Leah. I fell in love with the rolling pastures and friendly people. I am still an avid horseman and competitively show cutting horses. Through Equus Land and Home, I specialize in the Equestrian community by helping clients locate that perfect property, as well as marketing horse farms and land for sellers to the buying public.
