Hello! I am Chad Roland, owner and founder of Equus Land and Home. I have been an active Real Estate Agent for the past 14 years. Born and raised in a small town in South Georgia, I spent most of my younger years farming and ranching, where I developed a love for horses and land. After college, I went to work for, and later, purchased my parents real estate business. The years of small town business and my parents taught me to always treat people with respect and loyalty.
